A little dose of perspective

It was a rough week. I didn't feel well. Things seemed to be pulling against me. My sleep was patchy and broken. I felt tired, and overwhelmed.

When I feel this way I do a couple of things.

I talk to my wife.

I hug my kids.

I listen to music I enjoy.

I get some exercise.

I listen to some of the excellent relaxation apps on my iPhone, by Andrew Johnson.

And sometimes I watch this video. Whatever your recipe for getting back to rights, everyone should watch this video.
